Woodbridge, VA located in
Prince William County, lies 22 miles south of

the economy is diversified.
Dale City, one of the first communities planned and
built by Hilton, is an extremely affordable area.
Lake Ridge ranges from starter homes to dream houses
on the water. Parks, boating, and a golf course are found
there. The South side of Woodbridge proper is known as
River Oaks, where housing for every income can be found.
The quaint, historic little town of
Occoquan, VA is also included in the Woodbridge area,
and is a treasure trove of over 100 shops, historic sites
and walking trails along the river.
Prince William County is rich in history and full of
promise for the future. The third largest county in the
Commonwealth of Virginia, its desirable location has
attracted a highly educated work force, and it is home to
a host of nationally recognized schools. A healthy,
pro-business environment and attitude by the county's
elected officials make it a prime place to live.
The Woodbridge, Va area is full of fine shopping centers
and plazas, and is also home to
Potomac Mills, one of the largest outlet malls.
Woodbridge is full of parks and recreation areas, numerous
schools both public and private, and also contains
alternative schools and special education facilities.

University and
Northern
Virgina Community College both have campuses in
Woodbridge and nearby Fairfax is the home to the
George Mason
University.
The relatively mild climate of the Woodbridge area is
enjoyed by all its many outdoor enthusiasts. With an
average temperature of 33 degrees in the coldest months of
winter and a gentle 74 degrees in summer,

River bass fishing, hiking, boating, and picnicking are

nation's capitol to the north, the quiet tranquility of
Skyline Drive to the west, and the easy access to rivers
and beaches gives the Woodbridge residents abundant
diversity in recreation and entertainment. The region's
many museums and galleries, the rich heritage of the
area's colonial past and civil war involvement make it a
fascinating find for historians.
