Marcel Massarani, Esq.

Marcel, originally from the New York City area, is a Brazilian-American attorney who came to Virginia in 2020 to study law and begin his career. Having grown up with a particular disdain for insurance companies and the ways they treat their customers, Marcel welcomed the opportunity to separate those greedy companies from their money and give it to the people who truly deserve it – the wonderful clients of the Law Offices of Paul Samakow. Since he began working in this field, Marcel has recovered hundreds of thousands of dollars for his clients while helping them through some of the most difficult times of their lives.

Marcel began his career as a Law Clerk for the Circuit Court of the City of Alexandria, where he learned from several judges on all matters of the law. Subsequently, he began working as a personal injury attorney at a large firm in DC before leaving to join the Law Offices of Paul Samakow, due to their excellent reputation and ability to give each client the proper attention they deserve.

Marcel prides himself on the relationships he maintains with his clients and always makes an effort to speak with them in their native language. Marcel is trilingual, speaking English, Spanish, and Portuguese, and is also planning to learn Arabic. Marcel views the world as one single community and treats everyone, regardless of their background, as a welcome member of that community.

In his free time, Marcel enjoys volunteer work, studying history and philosophy, and cooking extravagant meals.
