SHERWOOD, MD – A driver was hospitalized and their passenger was pronounced dead after a car accident yesterday, according to WBOC.
A 2019 Jaguar was driving near the intersection of Tilghman Island Road and Deep Harbor Farm Road when it crashed for unknown reasons.
Local medics transported the driver to a trauma center via airlift from Maryland State Police Aviation. A passenger from the Jaguar died at the scene of the wreck. She was a 74-year-old woman from Tilghman.
The Crash Team with Maryland State Police are currently looking into the circumstances of the incident.
