WASHINGTON, DC – Police were on the scene of a crash earlier this week when a car struck the front gates of the Polish Embassy, Popville reports.
Witnesses saw a female driver crash her vehicle through the embassy gates at around 7 p.m. Tuesday. Emergency medical services arrived at the scene at the intersection of 16th Street and Fuller Street.
The woman did not seem to sustain any severe injuries after the wreck. A second vehicle was damaged during the incident, but its driver is uninjured.
