WALDORF, MD – Several passengers including school children were hurt after an accident this morning, The Bay Net reports.

A bus carrying 20 young school children was turning the opposite direction onto Berry Road when it crashed into another car. The impact of the wreck caused the bus to run into a guard rail.

Police responded to the accident at about 9:10 a.m., near Bunker Hill Road. Three passengers on the school bus were taken to local hospitals for their injuries. The other vehicle’s driver was also hospitalized. They are all reportedly in stable condition.
