News: Motorcyclist killed in two-vehicle collision in Burke

BURKE, VA – One person died after a two-vehicle accident involving a motorcycle and another vehicle Sunday evening.

According to WTOP, the fatal crash took place at the intersection of Burke Centre Parkway and Ox Road around 6:00 PM on July 3rd.

A vehicle reportedly collided with the motorcycle in the intersection.

The motorcyclist was transported to a local hospital where they unfortunately succumbed to their injuries. Their identity remains unknown.

The other driver remained at the scene. At this time, it is unknown if anyone else suffered injuries.

Fairfax County Police continue to investigate the accident.
