GLENMONT, MD – Two people died and one person suffered injuries after a two-vehicle collision in Glenmont Sunday evening.
According to WTOP, the fatal crash took place at the intersection of Georgia Avenue and May Street around 7:45 PM on July 10th.
Two vehicles were involved in the crash. At this time, the exact circumstances of the accident remain unknown.
Two occupants in one of the vehicles unfortunately died at the scene. Officials have yet to identify the victims.
The driver of the second vehicle suffered serious injuries and was hospitalized. They are now in stable condition.
Montgomery County Police continue to investigate the cause of the accident.
