News: Man hospitalized for critical injuries after getting struck by car near Manassas

PRINCE WILLIAM COUNTY, VA – A pedestrian was critically injured after getting hit by a car near Manassas Wednesday night. 

The crash occurred at Sudley Manor Drive and Schofield Way around 9:30 pm, WUSA 9. 

The driver remained at the scene and cooperated with investigators. 

The man was airlifted to a hospital, where he remains in critical condition. 

At the time of reporting, the area closed but has reopened since. 

Police are investigating the details of Wednesday’s crash. More information will follow when it becomes available.
