Man, 62, dead following single-car crash in Chantilly

FAIRFAX COUNTY, VA – A man’s life was claimed after his car crashed into a light pole in Chantilly around 11:30 am Thursday, FOX 5 DC reported. 

The collision occurred along US-50 and Sully Road. For reasons unknown, the man lost control of his vehicle and collided with the pole. 

Police identified him as Arjen Weiss, 62, of Chantilly. 

At this time, officials have stated that Weiss was not impaired or influenced by drugs and alcohol. More details are under investigation.
