FAIRFAX COUNTY, VA – A single-car crash was reported on Georgetown Pike in Great Falls before 2:15 p.m. Tuesday. 

For reasons unknown, the driver crashed into a utility pole, according to a tweet from Fairfax County Police

The Georgetown Pike between Leigh Mill Road and River Bend Road will remain closed until further notice. Drivers should seek alternative routes.
