News: Two injured after crash involving cement truck in Silver Spring

SILVER SPRING, MD – Traffic delays lingered after a three-vehicle crash took place on the I-495 Inner Loop after 3:15 p.m. Monday. 

A cement truck overturned after colliding with two vehicles, NBC Washington reported. Two people were hurt.
