PRINCE GEORGE COUNTY, VA – A 33-year-old man died in a pickup truck versus pedestrian crash in Fort Lee Wednesday. 

The collision occurred before 1 a.m. on the 5800 block of Oaklawn Boulevard, according to WRIC

The 33-year-old man was hit by a white Ford Econovan while walking on Oaklawn Boulevard. 

The driver of the pickup truck was unharmed. The impact of the crash, however, led the pedestrian to succumb to his injuries, and he was pronounced dead 

Police have not released the names of those involved in the collision.
