News: 2 injured in rollover crash in Waldorf

WALDORF, MD – A vehicle overturned in Waldorf this morning, injuring two passengers, The Bay Net reports.

Emergency responders were dispatched to the scene of the crash at about 9:10 a.m. today. The vehicle was found overturned on Leonardtown Road near the 4450 block.

Firefighters rescued an 82-year-old passenger who had been trapped inside the vehicle and helped transport her to an area hospital via helicopter. The driver was also hospitalized with unknown injuries.

The cause of the accident is currently unknown. We will follow this story for more details.
