WASHINGTON, D.C. – A vehicle in a crash that killed one pedestrian was found today, ABC 7 News reports.
A pedestrian was walking along the intersection of 18th Street and Florida Avenue when they were hit by a vehicle. Emergency responders pronounced the pedestrian deceased at the site of the crash.
The driver fled the scene of the accident and left the vehicle at Roxanna Road. Police discovered the car in the 1600 block of the road today. The driver has not yet been charged.
