ROCKFORD, MD – A bicyclist suffered injuries after they were struck by a vehicle in Rockville Sunday afternoon.
According to ABC 7, the collision took place at the intersection of Hungerford Drive and Frederick Avenue on April 24th.
The driver of the vehicle remained at the scene following the crash. The cause of the accident remains unknown.
The bicyclist suffered serious but non-life threatening injuries. Their identity and condition remains unknown.
Police shut down all lanes of Hungerford Drive as they investigated the crash. It is unclear whether the driver will face charges.
