LA PLATA, MD – One person was taken to the hospital after their car crashed on the side of a road last night, The Bay Net reports.
A driver was traveling alone near the Crain Highway and Lindsbrooke Place intersection when they lost control of their vehicle. The car rolled off of the road and into a wooded area.
Emergency personnel responded to the wreck at around 10:34 p.m. and extricated the driver from the vehicle. The driver was then transported by helicopter to a medical center for treatment. It’s unclear whether they are in stable condition.
