News: Crash on Georgia Avenue causes significant traffic delays

OLNEY, MD – There are significant traffic delays after a crash with possible injuries in Olney Friday morning.

According to WTOP, the crash occurred on Georgia Avenue northbound at Queen Mary Drive around 8:00 AM on July 1st.

All lanes have been blocked off as first responders clear the scene.

At this time, the number and severity of injuries remains unknown.

Authorities continue to investigate the cause of the crash.
