WASHINGTON, DC – A driver was rushed to the hospital following a single-vehicle crash in southeast Washington D.C. early Saturday morning.
According to a report by WTOP, emergency crews responded to reports of a vehicle crashed into a pole at about 12:46 a.m. near the intersection of Southern Avenue and 12th Street Southeast.
First responders took approximately 30 minutes to extricate the unidentified driver who was pinned inside their vehicle. They were subsequently transported to a nearby hospital in serious condition.
