WASHINGTON, D.C. – A crash was reported on I-696 after South Capitol Street around 5:30 p.m. Monday.
The left side is currently blocked, WTOP Traffic reported. It is uncertain when the collision will clear, what the contributing factors of the crash were, how many vehicles were involved, and if anyone was hurt.
