BETHESDA, MD – Authorities took an intoxicated driver into custody after he caused a chain collision over the weekend, according to NBC Washington.
A man was traveling on Bradley Boulevard when his vehicle rear-ended another car near River Road. The impact caused a chain collision involving another vehicle.
The driver tried to flee the scene of the crash, but he was detained by Montgomery County police.
Officials stated that the driver was inebriated at the time of the accident. The Montgomery County Police Department’s investigation is ongoing.
