SEAT PLEASANT, MD – A motorcyclist died after they were struck by a dump truck in Seat Pleasant Friday.

According to WJLA, the fatal collision took place at the intersection of East Capitol Street and Yacht Place on July 15th.

The motorcyclist was reportedly traveling westbound on East Capitol Street when they were struck by the dump truck in the intersection.

Prince George’s County Police pronounced the motorcyclist dead at the scene. The victim has been identified as 30-year-old Calvin Cornelius Days II.

The driver of the dump truck was uninjured and remained at the scene.

The fatal accident remains under investigation.
