CHEVERLY, MD – One person died and two were hurt yesterday after an accident involving two cars, NBC Washington reports.
Two vehicles were traveling south on Baltimore-Washington Parkway when they collided for unknown reasons. The accident took place at the exit towards Route 50.
Authorities were called to the scene of the wreck at approximately 1:15 a.m.
One passenger was killed at the scene of the accident and two others were hospitalized for minor injuries.
Additional details about the accident are unavailable at this time. The National Park Police Department is currently looking into the case.
