News: Multi-vehicle crash blocks traffic on I-495 in Silver Spring

SILVER SPRING, MD – A multi-vehicle crash caused significant traffic delays on I-495 in Silver Spring Wednesday morning.

According to WTOP, the crash occurred on I-495 just past Georgia Avenue around 11:00 AM on August 17th.

At this time, the cause of the multi-vehicle accident remains unknown.

Montgomery County officials have yet to report the total number or severity of injuries suffered.
