News: Multi-vehicle wreck fatally injures one, injures two

DAMASCUS, MD – One person was killed after several vehicles collided head-on this afternoon, according to Fox 5 DC.

The wreck took place at the intersection of Kings Valley Road and Ridge Road.

Personnel with Montgomery County Fire and Rescue were dispatched to the site of the crash at about 4:40 p.m. They pronounced one passenger deceased at the scene.

Two others were taken to trauma centers after they sustained minor injuries.

The intersection was closed down as emergency responders were on the scene.
