WASHINGTON, DC – One person suffered injuries after a serious single-vehicle accident in Northwest DC Sunday evening.
According to DC Fire and EMS, the crash took place in the 3600 block of Park Place NW around 7:00 PM on July 31st.
At this time, the cause of the accident remains unknown. The vehicle overturned and landed on its back, trapping the driver inside.
First responders were able to rescue the single occupant. They have been transported to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Metro Police continue to investigate the crash.
