News: One injured in single-vehicle rollover crash in Southeast DC

WASHINGTON, DC – One person suffered injuries in a single-vehicle rollover crash in Southeast DC Friday evening.

According to DC Fire and EMS, the crash took place at the intersection of Fort Davis Drive and Pennsylvania Avenue SE around 8:00 PM on August 12th.

At this time, the cause of the crash is unclear. The vehicle overturned and landed on its back as a result of the accident.

The driver was able to escape from the overturned vehicle and received medical treatment at the scene. The extent of their injuries is unknown.

Metro Police continue to investigate the accident.
