News: One killed, four injured in single-vehicle crash in Kettering

KETTERING, MD – One person died and four others suffered injuries after a single-vehicle crash in Kettering Sunday evening.

According to FOX 5, the fatal accident occurred at the intersection of Kettering Drive and Kettering Place around 5:50 PM on July 17th.

The vehicle was reportedly traveling westbound on Kettering Drive when it veered off the roadway and crashed into a tree head-on.

All five occupants of the vehicle were taken to the hospital from the scene. A female passenger unfortunately succumbed to her injuries after arriving at the hospital. Authorities have yet to identify the victim.

Prince George’s County Police continue to investigate the fatal accident.
