WOODBRIDGE, VA – An accident involving four vehicles claimed the life of one driver yesterday, according to ABC 8 News.
A Hyundai traveling on Jefferson Davis Highway made a right turn when it nearly collided with a Jeep. The Jeep tried to avoid the collision but crashed into a nearby town car. The impact caused the town car to crash into a Mercedes.
The accident took place at the road’s intersection with Wigglesworth Way. Emergency responders pronounced one of the drivers deceased at the scene of the wreck.
Police reported that excessive speeds were a factor in the crash.
