News: One killed, one injured in head-on crash on Route 15

FREDERICK CO., MD – One person died and another suffered serious injuries after a head-on car accident on Route 15 Monday night.

According to FOX 5, the fatal accident occurred on Route 15 near Angleberger Road at 11:52 PM on June 6th.

A northbound vehicle reportedly crossed over the median and struck a southbound vehicle head-on.

The driver of the southbound vehicle, 69-year-old Robert Martin Camplair, unfortunately died at the scene.

The driver of the northbound vehicle, 42-year-old Stephen Michael Wright, suffered non-life threatening injuries.

Police continue to investigate the fatal accident.
