WASHINGTON, DC – One person was evacuated after a suspect crashed a stolen car into a church in Southeast DC Tuesday morning.
According to ABC 7, the suspect crashed the vehicle into Urban Outreach in the 5300 block of C Street SE just after midnight on July 12th.
The driver fled the scene immediately after the crash.
DC Fire and EMS evacuated one person from the church. It is unclear if they suffered any injuries as a result of the crash.
Police continue to search for the suspect that crashed the stolen vehicle.
