News: One pinned, self-extricated from crash on 16th Street in Washington DC

WASHINGTON DC – A rollover crash occurred on 16th Street and Spring Road Northwest before 10:30 p.m. Wednesday. 

The driver was able to escape their vehicle with no aid from first responders, according to DC Fire and EMS. It is unclear if the person was hurt, if other cars were involved, and what led to the pin-in crash.
