WASHINGTON DC – A rollover crash on 2nd Street and Rhode Island Avenue Northwest trapped one person Monday.
The collision happened before 4:45 pm, DC Fire and EMS tweeted. The person was able to get themselves out of the car. However, it is unclear if they were injured.
