SILVER SPRING, MD – Authorities in Silver Spring are investigating the cause of an accident involving a train that injured a man yesterday morning, according to The Moco Show.
The man was standing on railroad tracks near the Forest Glen Metro station when he was injured for unknown reasons. Emergency responders were called to the scene at about 12:53 a.m. Tuesday.
The Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Department reports that the cause of the incident did not involve a train or a shock from the rail.
The victim is in stable condition after sustaining minor injuries.
