FAIRFAX COUNTY, VA – A Tuesday morning pedestrian versus car crash in Fairfax County left a man with life-threatening injuries. 

The collision occurred on Richmond Highway, along Janna Lee Avenue, according to a tweet from Fairfax County Police.
