LANHAM, MD – A pedestrian died after they were struck by a vehicle near an I-495 entrance ramp in Lanham Saturday night.
According to WTOP, the fatal accident took place on Annapolis Road near the entrance ramp to I-495 around 10:00 PM on May 21st.
The pedestrian suffered critical injuries and died shortly after arriving at the hospital. Authorities have yet to identify the victim.
The driver of the vehicle remained at the scene. The cause of the collision is under investigation.
