LORTON, VA – A pedestrian died after they were struck by multiple vehicles on Richmond Highway early Friday morning.
According to Fairfax Now, the fatal collision took place on Richmond Highway over the I-95 northbound ramp at 1:28 AM on July 8th.
The pedestrian was reportedly walking in the southbound lanes when they were struck by a vehicle that was also traveling southbound. The pedestrian was unfortunately struck by several other vehicles while the first driver called for help.
Fairfax County Police have identified the pedestrian as 24-year-old Keith Thomas. He unfortunately died at the scene.
Officials continue to investigate the circumstances of the accident.
