STAFFORD COUNTY, VA – A woman hit a deputy with her car and then took off on foot Tuesday afternoon, NBC Washington revealed.
The collision occurred around 3:45 p.m. near Garrisonville and Eustace Road. The woman was driving a Nissan Altima when the deputy requested she pulls over. As the deputy got out, the woman struck the deputy, collided with the deputy’s motorcycle, and ran into the woods with a passenger, a minor.
The minor passenger was detained eventually. However, the driver was not located.
The deputy sustained non-life-threatening injuries.
