FAUQUIER, VA – Three people suffered injuries after a hit-and-run collision in Fauquier Wednesday.
According to WDVM, the crash took place on John Marshall Highway on April 13th.
52-year-old Otis Allen reportedly followed another car onto John Marshall Highway and deliberately crashed into it. The struck vehicle veered off the roadway and hit a fence.
The three occupants of the vehicle suffered non-life threatening injuries and received medical treatment.
Allen fled the scene of the crash but has since been arrested. Police have charged him with felony hit and run and felonious assault.
