BALTIMORE, MD – Several passengers sustained severe injuries yesterday after a car crashed into a house, according to the Baltimore Sun.
The driver was heading southbound on Belair Road when their vehicle lost control. Authorities report that the car struck a telephone pole, then crashed into a nearby house in the 9000 block.
The road was closed between the intersections with Joppa Road and Soth Avenue.
Three passengers were transported to area hospitals after being rescued from the vehicle. One is currently in unstable condition.
The accident happened at about 7 p.m. Wednesday, according to the Baltimore County Police Department.
