MONTGOMERY COUNTY, MD – A tractor-trailer crash on the I-495 West outer loop left traffic delays continuing for a couple of hours Tuesday.

The collision occurred before 3:30 p.m. at MD-650, MATOC Alerts revealed.

Three right lanes were blocked, and drivers were allotted two lanes. However, all lanes have reopened. Still, drivers can expect traffic delays to extend to the southbound lanes of I-95, past MD-200.

It is unclear how long the delays will last. In addition, officials did not reveal the contributing factors of Tuesday’s crash, how many vehicles were involved, and if anyone was injured.

Still, our newsroom will issue updates to the blog when they become available.
