News: Truck driver, 63, died after hitting parked tractor-trailer in Laurel

HOWARD COUNTY, MD – A semi-trailer driver’s life was claimed in a Wednesday crash on I-95 in Laurel, FOX 5 DC reported. 

For reasons unknown, the semi-trailer driver crashed into a stationary tractor-trailer on the right side of the road. 

The tractor-trailer driver of the hit truck was not injured. 

The semi-trailer driver was identified as Jonathan David Leiner, 63. 

Leiner succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene. 

The crash is under investigation.
