WASHINGTON, DC – Three people suffered injuries after a two-vehicle crash involving entrapment Tuesday afternoon.
According to DC Fire and EMS, the crash occurred on Beach Drive near Klingle Road NW around 4:00 PM on April 12th.
One person was trapped in their vehicle as a result of the crash. First responders were able to rescue the person by removing the roof of the crashed vehicle. They have been hospitalized with serious but non-life threatening injuries.
Another adult and an underage passenger have also been hospitalized with minor injuries.
At this time, the cause of the crash remains under investigation.
