FORESTVILLE, MD – Two people died and two others suffered serious injuries after a multi-vehicle crash early Wednesday morning.
According to NBC 4, the fatal accident took place at the intersection of Suitland Parkway and Forestville Road around 1:00 AM on August 10th.
At this time, the cause of the crash remains unknown. Multiple vehicles were involved in the accident.
Two people reportedly died at the scene. Officials have yet to release the identities of the victims. Two other people were transported to a nearby hospital with life-threatening injuries. Their current conditions are unknown.
Suitland Parkway was shut down for several hours in the area of the crash site. All lanes have since reopened.
Prince George’s County Police continue to investigate the fatal crash.
