WASHINGTON, DC – Authorities are looking into a vehicle accident related to a robbery this afternoon, ARL Now reports.
The vehicle was traveling on George Washington Parkway when it flipped on its roof. Emergency responders arrived shortly after 3:15 p.m. Monday.
Two passengers of the vehicle were believed to be involved in a robbery and fled the scene to evade authorities. They have since been detained and are injured from the crash.
