WICOMICO, MD – Two people suffered serious injuries after a two-vehicle collision involving entrapment Thursday morning.
According to Bay Net, the crash occurred on Budds Creek Road near Sarum Manor Drive around 7:00 AM on July 28th.
At this time, the exact cause of the accident remains unknown. The impact of the collision caused one vehicle to exit the roadway and crash into the woods.
There was one person trapped in each vehicle following the collision. Wicomico Fire and EMS were able to extricate both people and transport them to the hospital. Both suffered serious injuries. However, their identities and conditions remain unknown.
The crash remains under investigation.
