GAITHERSBURG, MD – An underage pedestrian was struck and injured by a vehicle in Gaithersburg Tuesday afternoon.
According to the Moco Show, the collision occurred on East Diamond Avenue at Melvin Street around 3:30 PM on April 26th.
The cause of the collision is unclear at this time.
Montgomery County Fire and Rescue reported that the pedestrian was taken to the hospital with serious injuries. Their current condition is unknown.
East Diamond Avenue was shut down for several hours but has since reopened.
