News: Vehicle drives into building in southern Maryland

UPPER MARLBORO, MD – Emergency personnel responded to a crash site where a car struck a building this afternoon, WDVM reports.

A vehicle was driving on Robert Crain Highway earlier today when it crashed into a restaurant. The Prince George’s County Fire Department responded to the wreck within the 7600 block of the highway.

The accident took place at about 2:30 p.m. Tuesday.  Authorities have not reported any injuries as a result of the crash.

The identity of the driver has not yet been released.

It’s unclear what caused the accident to occur. We will continue to monitor this developing story for any updates.
