News: Vehicle overturns in crash on George Washington Parkway

ARLINGTON, VA – A single-vehicle crash involving possible injuries shut down all lanes of George Washington Parkway Friday morning.

According to WTOP, the crash took place on George Washington Parkway just past Windy Run around 12:00 AM on May 27th.

At this time, the cause of the accident is unclear. The vehicle involved overturned and landed on its side. 

DC Fire and EMS responded to the accident. However, the number and severity of injuries is unknown at this time.

The crash remains under investigation.
